St Kilda have received a huge boost ahead of their pivotal clash with Brisbane, with star duo Dan Hannebery and Jake Carlisle called into the AFL side for the first time this season.

Hannebery will play his first game for the Saints since crossing from Sydney after overcoming persistent soft-tissue injuries, while Carlisle has recovered from back surgery he underwent in March.

The Lions included Allen Christensen, Ryan Lester and Oscar McInerney for Saturday’s Marvel Stadium encounter, with Lewis Taylor out injured and Archie Smith and Nick Robertson dropped.
