After defying the odds several times recently, the New York Knicks will be classed as favourites for the first time in 2020-21 when they play host to the Oklahoma City Thunder.

The Knicks have exceeded all expectations this season and their latest 112-100 win against Utah was no different.

Julius Randle (30 points, 16 rebounds, seven assists) led them to that triumph and has been the catalyst behind their 5-1 record across the last six games.

Meanwhile, Oklahoma City most recently defeated New Orleans 111-110 at Smoothie King Center.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (21 points, nine assists, five steals) was integral to that result and should have an important role to play for the Thunder if they’re to move to 4-4 on Friday.
