If the Big Blue is anything like we saw in Melbourne Victory’s 5-4 win over the Wanderers on Friday night, boy are we going to be in for a treat.

Both teams are backing it up from high-scoring thrillers with Sydney FC playing a 2-2 draw against the Mariners on Saturday.

Unfortunately, I can’t see the trend of thrilling dramatic matches continuing in this match.

Sydney FC is well placed towards the business end of the season, five matches without a loss with their past three resulting in draws. They’ll fancy themselves to take the full three-points over Victory.

Victory’s win over the Wanderers was the most A-League of A-League games you will ever witness.

However, after a week from hell, getting the full three points was a great way to start Steve Kean’s short-stay as coach before Tony Popovic takes the top job next season.

The Sky Blues are simply too good for Melbourne Victory and given they are $1.36 head to head, it’s best to find some value and with most games involving Victory tending to be high-scoring (usually at their expense), I’m taking Sydney FC 4+ goals to keep it interesting.
