Geelong has been the subject of good support with TAB ahead of tonight’s match against Port Adelaide but one punter thinks they have much bigger wins in store this season.

Just hours before the clash at the Adelaide Oval, in which the Cats have been $2 outsiders into $1.85 favourites, TAB was hit with a $4600 bet at $6.50 on them to win the premiership.

There have been some wild swings in head-to-head betting on this week’s matches with the Gold Coast tightening from $2.35 into $1.90 against the injury-ravaged Fremantle ($1.58 out to $1.90), including a bet of $4000 at $2.05 on the Suns.

Adelaide also shortened dramatically ($2.30 into $1.95) earlier in the week following the news Seb Ross and Tim Membrey would not play for St Kilda, with the Saints $1.60 out to $1.85.
