Their 36-34 comeback win to edge the heavyweight Broncos at Suncorp in Round 12 was one of the best in the clubs history.
Stand-in fullback Keano Kini was a clear man-of-the-match, while Maroons discard David Fifita also had a big game.
The Titans are boosted by the return of injured trio Kieran Foran, Phil Sami and Jojo Fifita, while Beau Fernor goes back into the second-row and Moe Fotuaika has been named to back up from Origin.
Troubled Souths earned their first win under caretaker coach Ben Hornby in Round 12, a 42-26 victory over similarly embattled Parramatta.
Overlooked Blues Keaon Koloamatangi, Latrell Mitchell and Damien Cook were standouts.
But defence remains an Achilles heel: the 2-9 Rabbitohs have conceded less than 26 points just once this season.
Souths get Cody Walker back from a calf complaint, partnering Jack Wighton in the halves. Richie Kennar comes in at centre and Michael Chee Kam reverts to the pack.
Souths have won their last eight against Gold Coast and lead the all-time rivalry 16-6. The last four clashes were all at Cbus Super Stadium with the Rabbitohs winning by an average margin of 18 points and scoring at least 30.
The Rabbitohs are laced with match-winners and hold some appeal as $2.10 outsiders, but they have done little to earn punters faith.
With seven of Souths matches and five of Gold Coasts last eight producing 50-plus points, the points markets are more attractive in this coin-flip game.
