Star mare Atlantic Jewel is a $1.40 favourite with Sportingbet to bounce back into the winner’s list in Saturday’s Group 1 Caulfield Stakes after suffering her first defeat last start.

Atlantic Jewel stifles betting in the small six-horse field with stablemate Super Cool a $6.50 second favourite and Forteller at $9.50 the only other runners under double figures.
“With It’s a Dundeel out, Atlantic Jewel should win pretty easily on Saturday and confirm her short priced favouritism for the Sportingbet Cox Plate,” Sportingbet’s Michael Felgate said.
