Essendon might have lost to Richmond but two Bombers continued to impose themselves on TAB markets after outstanding individual performances.
Darcy Parish is into $9 in the Brownlow Medal after collecting 44 touches and the Yiooken Medal for being best afield. Parish was at $501 when TAB’s Brownlow market opened, was $351 before his Anzac Day Medal-winning performance, $101 after it and $17 after Rd 11.
Parish sits on the fourth line in the Brownlow market headed by Marcus Bontempelli ($3.75), while his teammate Nik Cox is the new Rising Star favourite after 23 touches and a goal against the Tigers, which saw him tighten from $5.50 to $3 and replace Tom Green ($3.25) at the head of the market.
As was the case last week, TAB is awaiting confirmation of location before releasing markets on each match, meaning no prices are up for Thursday night’s Port Adelaide versus Geelong match, but all other games are up.
