Blues make two late changes for AFL final

Carlton have made a second late withdrawal, losing Brock McLean along with Levi Casboult for Sunday’s AFL elimination final against Richmond at the MCG.

Tall forward Casboult was replaced in the 22 by defender Andrew McInnes when what were meant to be the final teams were submitted 90 minutes before the scheduled 3.20pm (AEST) start time.

But the Blues made an even later change, replacing McLean with another defender, Nick Duigan, shortly before the opening bounce.

McLean missed last weekend’s win over Port Adelaide with a quad injury.

Chris Judd and Heath Scotland, who both also missed that game through injury, will take their places in the side.

The Tigers haven’t made any late changes, with Jack Riewoldt, Chris Newman and Shane Edwards all back in the team after missing last weekend’s win over Essendon.

Shane Tuck is Richmond’s substitute, with Troy Menzel wearing the green vest for the Blues.
