The Bulldogs were favourites heading into last weeks game against Melbourne but the loss has had people scratching their heads and has opened the premiership race wide open.

This week they head to Perth to play Fremantle, a team that they should beat but at Optus Stadium they can be a tough opponent.

I think the Bulldogs will be too strong here though and I’m pretty confident they’ll bounce back with a win.

Market Update: Surprisingly most of the money throughout the week was for Fremantle. After opening at $3.18 they shortened in to $2.81 before a slight drift back out to $2.99.

The Bulldogs remain clear favourites at $1.40, I think that’s a good price in a game they should be winning.
