The Cats are back in some good form, but its still not convincing to suggest they will threaten the premiership contention at the moment.
That statement is based on their lack of defensive accountability, which was evident against the Pies, but ended up being paper over the cracks with how bad Collingwoods offensive output was.

On the narrow GMHBA turf, it suits the Cats style of frantic movement inside 50, as the Dogs do prefer wider forward movement off half back.
The Dogs were victorious the last time they visited the Cattery, which was in hindsight a dead rubber for Geelong in the final round but would certainly instil them with confidence they can do it again.
Inconsistency has been an issue for the Bulldogs all year, so a repeat of last weeks effort must happen for them to be a chance.
