Nathan Grima’s fairytale AFL comeback is moving closer to fruition, with Essendon coach John Worsfold confirming the former North Melbourne defender is a chance to face Geelong this weekend.
Worsfold will consider making changes to his side after the Bombers suffered a 61-point loss to Port Adelaide on Friday night.
Grima was forced into retirement by a chronic back injury in July last year after managing just 86 games in seven seasons with the Kangaroos.
