Hawthorn have swooped on star Sydney midfielder Tom Mitchell.
The Hawks landed the 23-year-old after agreeing to send the Swans their first-round pick – No.14 overall – at the coming draft.
The clubs will also swap late-round draft picks in a deal that will be formalised next week.
