Hawthorn make two changes to their team with Xavier Ellis and Thomas Murphy coming in for Brent Guerra and Clinton Young.
Collingwood also make two changes to their team with Chris Dawes and Jarryd Blair replacing Tyson Goldsack and Jamie Elliott.
Collingwood havent been in their best form of late unlike Hawthorn, it looks likely that Hawthorn will win the match quite easily although finals matches can throw up a lot of surprises.
