Not much to say about this game. North Melbourne put in an admirable performance against Collingwood last week but nothing I’ve seen has convinced me they’ve turned a corner yet.
Richmond were very disappointing when conceding a 40-point lead to lose to Gold Coast last week.
This game is also played at Marvel, a venue Richmond hate playing at. Against any other side in the league you could mount a case why Richmond will lose but they won’t lose to North.
Betting Update:
Not a lot to take out of the market for this one with Richmond still the short favourites with Ladbrokes.
The Tigers opened at $1.01 which was clearly too short, they’re out to $1.10 which seems about right.
North Melbourne parted ways with their coach this week which might inspire some change in the playing group but the market still has them as the $7.25 outsiders.
