No matter where these two sides stand on the ladder, The Showdown is always a big occasion.
The Crows have little to play, but as we saw last week against the Dogs, this is a team looking to build into 2025 and take a few late scalps with them.
Port Adelaide extended its unbeaten streak to four, but it was hardly a convincing display winning by just two points in a low-scoring affair against Melbourne.
Connor Rozee was enormous and so was Jason Horne-Francies, but like the Swans, youd like to see the Power come out and win a game like this comfortably if you want to feel confident about them heading into September.
Unfortunately, Ken Hinkleys side struggled to contain Kozzie Pickett last week, and I think the Crows present even more challenges with Taylor Walker potentially playing his final game in Adelaide, and Izak Rankine also capable of doing what he does best.
With a big crowd of 50,000+ expected and all the pressure on Port, I think a two-goal head start for the Crows is worth taking.
