Gold Coast have picked long-time friends and teammates Matt Rowell and Noah Anderson with the top two picks in the AFL national draft.
There was no surprise at the start of Wednesday night’s draft, with Rowell the No.1 selection and then Anderson.
Rowell and Anderson went to school together at Carey Grammar and also played for the Oakleigh Chargers in Melbourne.
