Highly-regarded AFL administrator Geoff Walsh will return for a second stint with North Melbourne.

Walsh stood down as Collingwood’s director of football late in the 2013 season.

He will take on the same position at North Melbourne, the club where he had previously worked as head of football and chief executive.

“Geoff is without a doubt, the most sought-after director of football in the competition and to entice him back to North Melbourne is a tremendous coup for our club,” said Kangaroos CEO Carl Dilena.
