The second of the Friday night games will take place at Optus Stadium in Perth.

The injury list for the West Coast Eagles has bordered on ridiculous for the last couple of seasons and it is really taking it’s toll on the entire squad.

Results can not purely be blamed on these injuries because at times they have simply looked uncompetitive.

15 losses in their last 16 outings does not read well and neither does the fact that they have now lost their last six straight by 40 or more points.

On the flip side the Gold Coast have shown plenty in recent weeks, winning two of their last three.

Melbourne held on for a five point win on Saturday night but the Suns lost few admirers in defeat.

This line seems pretty small considering the West Coast can leak points at a fast rate and I think the Suns will get a hold of them at some stage in the game.
