Rain has delayed the start of day two of England’s tour match against Australia A in Hobart.
Ground staff at Bellerive are confident the new drainage system at the ground will see a swift return to play on Thursday provided the consistent rain clears.
England will resume at 0-318 after Alastair Cook (154 not out) and Michael Carberry (153no) dominated day one against a weakened Australia A attack.
