Chris Waller has trained a Group One double on the final day of The Championships with Foxplay beating her older rivals in the Coolmore Legacy Stakes.
As expected, Waller’s wonder mare Winx streeted her rivals in the Queen Elizabeth Stakes, but it wasn’t as easy for Foxplay.
One of only two three-year-olds in the race, Foxplay held off Zanbagh with Dixie Blossoms finishing third.
