Black Caviar will face six rivals in the Group Two Australia Stakes at Moonee Valley on Friday night.
The unbeaten champion, who will be partnered by regular rider Luke Nolen, has drawn the inside barrier.
Black Caviar has not raced since the Patinack Farm Classic at Flemington in November and will be chasing her 17th victory.
A win in the 1200m sprint will take her prizemoney tally to $4.5 million.
