The NFL’s London series wraps up with this game that was at least appealing in theory when it was announced, even if it is not a great advertisement for the sport in reality.

We were supposed to be getting a healthy and revitalised Trevor Lawrence taking on the dynamic rookie Drake Maye, and while both quarterbacks will start, we have a pair of 1-5 teams that have combined for 196 points so far.

However at least New England is trending in a positive direction, with their rookie signal caller showing some promise in his first start against Houston last week, throwing for three scores.

Unfortunately for him, there were also a number of turnovers which ruined any chance they had of competing with Houston, but Jacksonville is not as well equipped to take advantage of those mistakes.

On paper Jacksonville should demolish this version of the Patriots, but they seem like a team waiting for their coach to get fired and this is much closer than the market has them at.
