If there is one silver lining to take from the Raiders enduring a nightmare season off the field, it’s that the players and staff who are on the team have remarkable mental toughness.

They will need to bear down again with the drama surrounding former receiver Henry Ruggs and put all of their focus on this game with the New York Giants.

In a vacuum they should comfortably handle them, even at the Meadowlands, but you have to have a little bit of concern over whether or not they have reached their breaking point.
