Minnesota might just be a damn good with Sam Darnold at the helm and the fans in London have been given a pretty decent matchup to kick off their three game set of matches.

As the lone unbeaten team in the NFC, the Vikings have done it on the back of a whole team effort with a stifling defence that has shut down a couple of good offences and a strong start to the season from the guy who is only playing thanks to JJ McCarthy’s knee injury.

If Minnesota is a consistently good team, then the Jets are a horrifically inconsistent team that can be really good on their day.

Any suggestions that their nine point effort at home against Denver was solely down to the wretched weather conditions in New Jersey is simply trying to cover up the bubbling concern under the surface.

Perhaps the biggest concern is Aaron Rodgers’ apparent aversion to sitting in the pocket and taking a hit, something that does not bode well against this Vikings pass rush.

I’m quite bullish on the Vikings not only winning this game but doing so in a pretty convincing manner and the line of less than a field goal is good enough for me.
