It’s pretty clear that the Patriots are not a good team this season, but they are scrappy and competitive which at least makes them watchable.
Unfortunately for them, they tend to play to the level of their competition which suggests they are going to have their worst performance of the year with the Jets coming to town.
When they faced off in Week 2, Jets rookie Zach Wilson threw four interceptions which doomed his side’s chances in what turned out to be a 25-6 loss.
Since then, Wilson has cut back on the picks, only throwing one in each of his last two starts, while the Patriots defence has been exposed by much more talented teams.
Even so, this is still the Jets and it’s tough to mount a case for them to do a whole lot of anything as they sit at 1-4.
Take New England to get the job done for their first win at home all season.
