Brisbane Broncos vs Wests Tigers 2013 NRL Round 14 preview and tips

The final match of the round sees Brisbane, who are desperate for a win after three consecutive losses, host the West Tigers.

Brisbane were blown off the park in the first half last Monday night when visiting the Raiders in Canberra and trailed 24-0 at the break.

To their credit, they fought back in the second half and posted 18 points to the Raiders 4 however, the loss sees Brisbane slip to eleventh spot on the ladder and only one win in front of their opponents.

After seven consecutive losses, the West Tigers have toughed out two victories in recent weeks, a 22-20 win over North Queensland and again, a two point margin was enough to see them oust Penrith (20-18).

The return of injury and to form of key players have helped the Tigers and a repeat performance of last week, will see them more than competitive here however, at home the Broncos, who have won the past three clashes between the two clubs including a 20-10 win in round 2 earlier this year, have the chance to address their poor form.
