Gold Coast Titans vs Dolphins Preview

Fans still remember the thrilling encounter between these teams, where the newcomers pulled off the biggest comeback in NRL history, erasing a 26-0 deficit to win 28-26. However, since then, the Dolphins’ season has taken a downturn, with only two additional wins and a four-match losing streak. On the other side, the Gold Coast Titans have struggled with inconsistency, holding a 4-4 record since their last meeting and now having an interim coach leading the team. The Titans face a tough test without their three key Origin forwards, David Fifita, Tino Fa’asuamaleaui, and Moeaki Fotuaika, as well as AJ Brimson. In their place, Jayden Campbell, Kleese Haas, Iszac Fa’asuamaleaui, and Jaimin Jolliffe will step up, while Phillip Sami returns to the lineup. The Dolphins will also be missing their star player, Hamiso Tabuai-Fidow, with Euan Aitken moving to the centres and Kodi Nikorima taking over at fullback. Additionally, Felise Kaufusi is out, but Anthony Milford and Jarrod Wallace will both return from suspension.
