Melbourne Storm vs Penrith Panthers Preview

Melbourne Storm will host the Penrith Panthers at Suncorp Stadium on Saturday night with the winner to progress through to the Grand Final.

I’m sure most NRL fans would have picked these two teams to be playing in the Grand Final for much of the year but it’s not to be and only one can now make it through.

Melbourne Storm have opened as the clear favourites and it’s hard to argue any case against them.

Penrith did beat them in their first encounter this season but the second time they met Melbourne easily accounted for the Panthers.

Penrith also had a bone crushing game last week recording a narrow 2 point victory over the Parramatta Eels.

All signs point to Melbourne Storm here and I’d be shocked to see them lose this game.
