Latrell Mitchell won’t return to pre-season training with the Sydney Roosters after being granted leave by the NRL club.
Mitchell was due to return to pre-season training with the Roosters for the first time on Monday since the club pulled an offer for the 2021 season.
However, they confirmed on Sunday night Mitchell would not be required to attend, as his contract saga carries on into a third month.
