Punters have responded to Penrith’s signing of Jamal Idris to a new 3 year contract by backing the Panthers in a number of NRL futures markets.
The Panthers odds of making the NRL top 8 in 2014 firmed from $2.10 into $1.95 at Sportingbet while the club’s odds of making the top 4 shortened from $5.50 into $4.25.
Penrith also firmed from $21 into $17 at Sportingbet to be 2014 NRL Premiers.
