Ryley Jacks returns to the Storm

Halfback Ryley Jacks has rejoined Melbourne for the 2020 NRL season after signing a one-year contract.

The 27-year-old played 25 NRL games for Melbourne across the 2017 and 2018 seasons before joining strugglers Gold Coast for 2019 and playing another 13 matches.

Jacks initially returned to the Storm on a train and trial contract and has been with the NRL squad since mid-November.

“It felt weird leaving (back in 2018),” he said.

“I didn’t feel like I’d finished here when I was walking out of the building.

“A year on it doesn’t feel too strange to be back.

“I always thought I would be back playing for the Storm. I’m so grateful to have another chance here in Melbourne.”
