Adam Reynolds has been ruled out of South Sydney’s NRL clash with Newcastle due to a back fracture that may sideline him for a few weeks.
The injury will also end his chances of NSW State of Origin selection for game two.
“It’s serious enough that he can’t play but it’s not something that’ll be 2-3 months. It’s just when he’s pain-free, he’ll be able to play again,” Rabbitohs coach Wayne Bennett said on Thursday.
