Penrith halfback Luke Walsh and centre Brad Tighe have re-signed with the NRL club for a further three years.
Walsh was named the Panthers’ player of the year in 2011 and coach Ivan Cleary has suggested he will again play a crucial role at No.7 this season.
“It’s great Ivan and the coaching staff have shown such confidence in me. I can’t wait to repay them on the field,” Walsh said.
Tighe was similarly thrilled.
“I wanted to continue to be a part of the club. There’s a great buzz, and exciting times ahead,” he said.
