The Wildcats have dominated the Hawks in both meetings so far, but this one does shape up to be a little closer than the market suggests.

Perth had its hands full last week in their overtime win over the Breakers, while the Hawks have also strung together two narrow wins over the Phoenix and Taipans leading in.

All eyes will be on Bryce Cotton and Tyler Harvey, two of the NBL’s leading scorers, but I wouldn’t be surprised if this one turns out to be a defensive battle.

The Wildcats have allowed the fewest points to opponents this year, while the Hawks aren’t far behind in third.

Considering the last four games between these two sides have all gone Under the Total, I’m happy to stick with the trends.
