Each holding a 1-2 record in 2021-22, the Sacramento Kings and Phoenix Suns will meet at Footprint Center on Wednesday night. This is their first meeting in 2021-22, after the Suns won last season’s series 2-1 behind both a home and road victory. More recently, Phoenix was blown out 134-105 by the Trail Blazers at Moda Center, marking its largest losing margin against Portland since October 18, 2017. Meanwhile, Sacramento lost 119-107 against the Warriors at home despite the best efforts of Harrison Barnes (24 points, five triples), Richaun Holmes (16 points, 11 rebounds) and Davion Mitchell (22 points).
