The Phoenix will be looking to build on last week’s 15-point win over the Bullets as they still find themselves within striking distance of the second-place Wildcats.
We’ll know a lot more about this game following Perth’s Friday night clash against the Kings, but if one thing is for sure, this is the type of round that could make or break the Wildcats’ season.
These two sides have met once already this year back in October, a game Perth dominated in a 110-79 victory. Things have changed a little since then though, as the Wildcats haven’t put up 100-points against an opponent since.
Winning back-to-back games has proven tough for the Phoenix in their debut season but considering how much of a challenge the short turnaround from Perth to Melbourne will be for the Wildcats, it’s worth backing the home side at a decent price.
