Sydney Sixers vs Hobart Hurricanes Preview

The Sixers and the ‘Canes are both searching for their first win of the season at the SCG on Thursday.  

Sydney has enjoyed a lengthy break after losing by 38 runs to the Scorchers on Saturday, while Hobart came up short to that same Perth side on Monday.  

As the market suggests, this is a bit of a coin flip game, so I’m going to play solely on the player performance market.  

D’arcy Short has averaged 52 runs in nine matches against the Sixers during his career and is always a safe bet for Top Runscorer.  

I also like Sean Abbott to lead the charge for the Sixers with the ball in hand. He’s taken 14 wickets in nine games against Hobart, and I don’t think he’ll be short on motivation following a quiet game against Perth the other night.
