The NSW Waratahs have received a huge boost with Kurtley Beale declared an almost certain starter for Saturday’s blockbuster Super Rugby derby with the Brumbies.
The Waratahs badly missed Beale in their last-up loss to the Melbourne Rebels but the Wallabies star’s injured elbow is said to be ready for a return for his side’s must-win clash at Allianz Stadium.
Beale completed training on Tuesday without a hitch and is likely to be named in the Waratahs’ starting backline provided he pulls up okay on Wednesday.
