The Game:

The big question mark surrounds whether captain Jacob Burns is back for the Glory, although given his omission cost Alistair Edwards his job, you would imagine the interim Perth boss would be naming the veteran before he does any other player. The other question is on the availability of Edwards’ son Ryan, who missed a big chance to equalize against the Melbourne Victory last week – a game Perth went on to lose 2-0, while his brother Cameron would have a big doubt over his head too.

For the Reds, Fabio Ferreira (adductor) is sidelined for a fortnight, and will likely be replaced in the starting XI by the same man who came on for him against the Mariners – Jeronimo Neumann. Jeronimo went on to score to all but sew up his starting spot this week.

The big issue:

Perth – culture. The Glory have been decimated by the spat between Edwards and Burns. Will they have enough unity on the pitch to give them a much-needed boost?

Adelaide – backing it up. They’ve had their breakout performance. But can they preserve the form?

The game breaker:

Sergio Cirio – the Spaniard had a goal and an assist in the Reds’ thrashing of the Mariners, creating an opportunity out of nothing after putting in the cross for Adelaide’s opener.
