Millman reaches Japan Open tennis final

Unseeded John Millman has won through to his first ATP 500 final with a straight-sets win over Reilly Opelka at the Japan Open.

The 30-year-old Australian has posted a 6-3 7-6 (7-4) victory over the towering American in just under an hour-and-a-half in Tokyo.

In the final, Millman will face world No.1 Novak Djokovic, a 6-3 6-4 winner over third-seeded Belgian David Goffin in the second semi-final.
